my cat went missing for 29 hours last week, somehow she managed to worm her way out of the apartment and away... but where? i found her the next day, huddled wet and filthy and miserable in the stairwell. where did she go? makes me think of that peter sarstedt song recently made popular again by wes anderson's 'the darjeeling limited'. whew, long sentence. i'm so glad she's back!
